Brief Research Description
The basic and clinical studies of Dr. Fulton have defined retinal mechanisms constraining visual development in children with typical development and those with disorders of the retina and brain. The quantitative analyses have provided the means to evaluated children who are too immature or disabled to be evaluated using conventional vision testing.
