Bioinformatics Support
The IDDRC Gene Analysis Group facility is partnered with Research Computing to offer access to specialized bioinformatics support for Core projects such as high throughput variant calling and annotation, Single Cell RNA-seq, analysis of CRISPR screens, etc.

Access to additional specialized scientific and bioinformatic software is also available to members of Boston Children’s Hospital or Harvard Medical School through the BioGrids Consortium.
