Objectives:

  • Understand the trajectory of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) biomarkers in preclinical autosomal dominant AD
  • Characterize the relationships between markers of brain pathology and cognitive decline in preclinical AD
  • Discuss advantages and disadvantages of studying biomarkers in familial forms of AD
