Clinical Trial Readiness for Charcot Marie Tooth Disease

 Objectives:

  1. To appreciate the different subtypes of Charcot Marie Tooth Disease.

  2. To appreciate the need for Clinical Outcome Assessments and Biomarkers to characterize the natural history of different subtypes of CMT

  3. To understand the need to carefully evaluate patients themselves as models of their disease.
